During the coronavirus pandemic we are putting some new guidelines in place which must be adhered to for your safety and ours.
We will maintain social distancing of 2m from customers at all times and ask that you also do the same for us.
Where indoor work is required, please make sure doors are already opened and items are readily accessible to prevent unnecessary touching of surfaces.
Safety measures may include the use of a face mask, disinfectant spray and wipes and we will ensure that hand sanitising gel is used at all times. We also ask that provision is made to ensure our staff have clear access to hand washing facilities while working inside your home. Please make sure we are the only tradesperson in attendance on the day(s) of your appointment and that the property is as empty as possible.
If anyone in your home is showing any symptoms of coronavirus you must inform us so we can reschedule your appointment after the self isolation period of 14 days. If you show symptoms after our visit, please let us know so we can take appropriate measures ourselves. If you suspect you have coronavirus and are able to take a test, please do so and inform us of the results.
These guidelines have been put in place for both your safety and ours. If we feel these are not being followed then we reserve the right to leave your property and re-book your appointment for another date.
If you have any questions or special requests, please discuss these with us before our visit. By agreeing to an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these terms.
Please ensure you have read the latest version of these guidelines before your visit. This page was last updated on: 19th June 2020.
Thank you – together we can get through this safely.
